A Night for Texas | Texas One Fund

Everything’s bigger in Texas…including the expectations.

For A Night for Texas, The Revel Group partnered with C3 Presents to transform the field at Darrell K Royal–Texas Memorial Stadium into an elevated fundraising experience for more than 1,000 guests in support of the Texas One Fund.

Set directly on the 50-yard line, the event brought a fresh take on Texas hospitality with custom environments, immersive design moments, and plenty of Longhorn pride woven throughout.

Highlights included a custom fringe chandelier floating above Bevo in the cocktail experience, stained-glass-inspired vinyl installations, custom-designed UT toile wallpaper, and a series of custom-built restaurant pavilions for MML Hospitality that showcased some of Austin’s most celebrated culinary concepts.

While guests mixed, mingled, and raised funds, the stadium came alive with performances from Gary Clark Jr. and Lynyrd Skynyrd—because if you’re throwing a party in Texas, subtlety isn’t really the point.

The best part? We designed, fabricated, and installed the entire experience in just three days while temperatures pushed past 100 degrees. No shade. Literally.

From experiential event design and custom fabrication to hospitality-driven environments and large-scale event production, A Night for Texas proved that a little heat is no match for a team that knows how to get it done.
